Maggie,

Annecdotal evidence from the bodybuiling community seems to indicate that you should start dosage at approx 10gm ED for 2-3 weeks and then drop down to a maintenance dose of 2-3gm's.
From all reports it does work! I would be interested to hear what your results are.
BTW - I have been told by at least 1 user that it can dry out the skin,

: I have just started using B5 yesterday after 11 years of acne and countless treatments including Roaccutane, which cleared my skin for about 3-4 years. My acne is pretty mild usually now wirh occasional break outs, and is confined to my jawline and upper neck with occasional spots on my cheeks, worsens before my period.
: I am starting on 3g a day from Holland & Barratt, I did go to the doctor to see if it was on prescription (its not), and to ask how much I should take, but as its not available on prescription he couldnt advise. I dont want to take alot, as I no longer have severe acne, and think maybe the more you take, the more immune you may become to it. Please, Please work!!!!
