I'm not to sure about this but couldn't you just take like one tablet a week of accutane?
i don't know if it's possible but that way you would stay clear.
perhaps u could ask ur doc if that is possible or if that harms your body, because ages ago i read that a guy took 2 tablets a week of roaccutane because he couldn't find any solution cause he went on accutane like three times and after a month the cysts came back.
i really hope that you can be cured!
i also read that a girl had an operation to have the glands or whatever to get removed but for the rest of her life she has to take medication, but she said she was so sick of severe cystic acne she would rather take medication for the rest of her life, and i would too if my roaccutane wont work.
