i have never had a problem with acne until my mid-twenties...recently, i have been getting eruptions around the corners of my mouth....some people have suggested that it could be because i drool when i sleep (how embarassing!!) but it is getting to be constant and i think i may need to see a dermatologist...i thought at first i was getting cold sores or something, but they are clearly zits...has anyone had this problem, if so, should i see a doctor?? or is it a skin condition??? help!!
