A friend of mine had break-outs similar to you; i.e. only around her mouth and chin. She went to the dermatologist and was advised to switch toothpastes. She had been using the toothpaste Sensodyne to reduce teeth sensitivity to heat, sweets, etc... anyways, she switched to back to a plain brand of toothpaste, i.e. colgate, aquafresh, and has been clear ever since. Obviously this is not the case for everyone, but perhaps if you are using a toothpaste similar to Sensodyne, you could switch and see if that works for you too. Just an idea.
