Hi all,
I have suffered from mild to severe form of acne for over several years and i can understand the torture probably you are going through. I have tried every possible medication possible and nothing has worked consistently. The worst part in my case were the dark marks, acne left behing which take about 3-4 months to go away. Now i have completely stopped taking the medications and am considering telling goodbye to the doctor who has been treating me for about 2 years now. Now i firmly believe that diet control is the only best long term solution to acne. After i started my diet control, i found some improvement but there were some occasional outbreaks, but i kept hangind on to it. After about 6 weeks my face became completely clear and now i dont have any new outbreaks at all. Best of all its completely cheap and no medications involved at all, however it takes some book-keeping and missing out some of our favorite foods and a little bit of patience. There was really good site which i came across and it helped me in choosing a right diet for me. If noting else has worked for you, this technique is worth a try.
