How about eating real, natural foods and give your body the nutrients it needs to be healthy and quit flooding it with poisons(acne drugs, sugar,refined foods,white flour, hydrogenated oils,beef raised with steroids)which cause acne in the first place!!!!!!!try eating ONLY brown rice,pinto beans,tuna, green beans,extra virgin olive oil, and plenty of water,for one week strait and see if your acne doesnt start clearing. im willing to bet it will. it worked for me and its a very cheap solution.what do you have to lose besides your zits. if it works for you please e-mail me at rocknrollteddy@yahoo.com !!!!!!!
