Hello,
I have mild acne, so I don't use Roaccutane. But to answer your question, not all women are shallow- I personally would rather go out with a nice, confident guy with acne scars than I would with a guy who was mean-spirited and had a perfect face. This will seem really corny, but for many of us it's more about what's inside a person. I know what you mean about self-esteem, too- My acne (which isn't that bad, but I do have a couple of chicken pox scars) has really affected me emotionally, and sometimes I find it hard to believe that any guy would even want to go out with me. It's especially hard, like you said, when I'm surrounded by people with perfect skin.
So don't give up! Yes, there may be some of those shallow people out there, but the people who aren't shallow about that kind of thing are more worthy of your time and attention anyhow.
Best wishes,
Bryony
